Strengthening global views through local voices – with your support

July 18, 2024

Summer is moving at a lightning speed as is our desire to start the production of the online training. But we can’t move things forward without your generous and critical support at this time.

Community Supported Film believes that the public will improve the way it thinks about and responds to the needs and crises facing others, if the voices that communicate our news and information are localized.

To maximize our impact, we are creating a comprehensive online asynchronous training in lived-reality documentary filmmaking. It is based on our decades of experience teaching filmmaking and working with under- and mis-represented communities.

Our goal is to raise $19,000 before the summer is over, so that we can begin production. Please contribute what you can. Thank you!
