ON MIGRATION | Human Rights First Celebrates Block of Title 42 Ban

Late yesterday, District Judge Emmet Sullivan in Washington, DC voided the order that has allowed U.S. border officials to use Title 42 to expel migrants.  The court found it “arbitrary and capricious in violation of the Administrative Procedure Act.”
